Something New is in the works
In 2025 we began looking for locations that would help performers continue to grow. The space had to help inspire creatives, it needed to have a space to perform, and needed to be in a location that allowed free in/out access.

We’re building a space designed for creators, performers, and entrepreneurs who are ready to elevate how they create, connect, and move.
Details are still coming together—but if you’re someone who values having the right environment to make things happen, you’ll want to be part of this early.

December 31, 2025
Prospective venue location is identified
While attending the 2025 end of year celebration at the Lord Baltimore Hotel with fellow event host Lloyd Goodman. A prospective venue location was introduced as very viable and had potential.
January 2, 2026
Building Tour
Met with the leasing agent for the building and began touring the building starting from the top down.
February 1, 2026
Acquisition of Base Property
Contract negotiations begin
January 14, 2026
Independent Site Tour
Arrived early to experience the sunrise and scenic views offered from the 18th floor.
January 18, 2026
Independent Site Tour
Arrived late in the evening to experience the sunset and night-time views offered from the 18th floor.
