Service Description

266 square foot room approximately 14' x19'. The podcast room has a desk and couch you may add a personal logo but the room must be returned to the condition it was found in or risk refusal of services and possible billing for damages.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to arrive during your time may result in the forfeiture of your rental space to a waitlisted patron. If there isn't a rental following your time you may book the additional time but it is not guaranteed.
